This heavy-duty concentrated sulfuric acid transport semi-trailer was specifically designed and manufactured for markets in Zambia and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

Optimized V-Type Tank Design: The V-type tank design ensured stable running, prevented liquid surge, and allowed for full draining without residue.
Heavy-Duty Construction: Tailored for rough road conditions, its heavy-duty build makes it ideal for concentrated sulfuric acid haulage. It was equipped with external stiffeners to provide high rigidity and anti-deformation properties, resulting in an exceptionally solid and durable structure.

Innovative Bolted Assembly: A bolted connection design was adopted between the tank body and the main beam to ensure a stable structure and firm assembly. This design enables quick disassembly and easy maintenance, greatly facilitating later inspections, repairs, and part replacements to effectively prolong the service life of the entire vehicle.
Premium Steel Materials: The tank body was constructed from extra-thick Q235B carbon steel plates, ensuring maximum safety for concentrated sulfuric acid transportation. The main beam utilized premium Q355B steel with a heavy-duty structure, perfectly adapting to harsh and complex road conditions.

Superior Corrosion Resistance: All accessories, including manhole covers and discharge valves, were crafted from 316L stainless steel to significantly boost overall transport safety and corrosion resistance.

Emergency Response System: To ensure operational safety, a specialized lime box was installed at the bottom of the tanker for immediate emergency response to potential sulfuric acid leaks. Additionally, a rear-mounted stainless steel water tank was equipped to provide operators with convenient access to a water supply.

Standardized Warning Indications: The tanker was equipped with standard safety warning boards specifically for sulfuric acid transport. These boards provide clear risk indications and emergency tips to remind all personnel to operate safely, prevent hazards, guarantee secure chemical transportation, and fully comply with hazardous cargo transport regulations.
